PRE-REGISTRATION for the Teamsters 2026 Women's Conference which is scheduled for Sunday, August 23, through Wednesday, August 26, 2026, in Washington, DC at the Washington Hilton is now closed. If you still need to register, you will need to do so ON-SITE.

- Morning Monument Walks | Offered August 24, 25, and 26 from 7-9 a.m. with transportation included. Sign up here.
- IBT HQ Tours | Offered August 24, 25, and 26 from 9-11 a.m., 10 a.m.-12 p.m., and 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Sign up here.

Hotel Information:
We have a room block at the Washington Hilton from Sunday, August 23 through Wednesday, August 26 at a rate of $229 per night.

Overflow Hotel:
The Washington Hilton is currently sold out for several nights during the Women's Conference. An overflow room block has been secured at the Churchill Hotel, which is conveniently located across the street from the Washington Hilton.
