On behalf of the Human Rights and Diversity Commission (HRDC), we would like to invite you to participate with Local Union 728 and HRDC for the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. weekend celebration in Atlanta, GA.

Our itinerary will be as follows:

• Saturday, January 18, 2025, we will be a community service project in the morning with Local 728.  In the afternoon, we will be visiting The King Center, 449 Auburn Avenue, NE, Atlanta, GA 30312.  We will be meeting at 2PM. 
• Sunday, January 19, 2025, the History Program & HRDC will be doing a live Multicultural History session and movie on Dr. King starting at 1PM.  We will be meeting at Local 728, 2540 Lakewood Avenue, SW, Atlanta, GA  30315.
• Monday, January 20, 2025, we will be participating in the Annual Dr. King March.  We will be meeting Local 728 at 10:30 AM.  There will be shuttles to the march.  The march begins at Peachtree & Baker Street at 1:45pm.
